Reduce Belly Fat w/ Food

Most people struggle with losing that belly fat. It’s not an easy task, and it takes a lot of dedication to do it.

Exercise isn’t the only thing you must do when you are shooting for this goal. Nutrition is the WAY!

What are you eating? How are you eating?

Nutrition is 80% of the workout. So if you are smashing the gym 5 days a week, but are eating bad 5-7 days a week than you won’t reach your goal. You might see some results but they won’t be the results you want.

2. Watermelon
3. Cinnamon
4. Celery
5. Cucumbers
6. Tomatoes
7. Avocado
8. Apples
9. Tart Cherries
10. Prune
