How to Lose Weight

I know a lot of people struggle with the concept of either trying to lose weight. We have been feed so many lies on things we can do to either shed pounds fast.

There are only TWO THINGS TO KNOW

Weight Loss – create a calorie deficit

Calorie deficit is a state in which you burn more calories than you consume. For example, if you burn 2,500 calories per day but only eat 2,000, you have created a deficit of 500 calories per day.

If you are trying to lose weight you should eat foods high in volume, which would make you feel full longer.

  • Cabbages
  • Lettuce
  • Asparagus
  • Tomatoes
  • Zucchini
  • Kale
  • Peppers
  • Celery
  • Berries
  • Onions

You can load up on some of these foods without creating a calorie overload.

Furthermore, make sure your’re not loading up on drinks with high calories in them. I suggest water, green tea, or other healthier options.
