I know everyone can’t make it to the gym. I know how it feels on days when you can’t make it to the gym, so I attached a full body workout you can do.
Home Workout would focus on getting tone, getting stronger and strengthen your mind.
You can do this home workout everyday, but I would suggest every other day or just on days when you can’t make it to the gym. You don’t want to overwork your muscles. Your body needs that downtime; it needs that time to rest. It needs time to recover so those muscle can build and get stronger.
Always stretch before and after the workout
The workout is 2 sets of 10 reps. So for every exercise you will complete it 3 times, and they all require 10 reps meaning you would do it 10 times.
Jumping Jacks x 2 sets of 10
Squats x 2 sets of 10
Shoulder Taps x 2 sets of 10
Calf Raises x 2 sets of 10
Push-ups ( regular, incline or decline) x 2 sets of 10
Superman’s x 2 sets of 10
Heel Touches x 2 sets of 10
Crunches x 2 sets of 10
