100 CurlsI am challenging any and everyone to try out this fantastic upper body workout.

You will get the pump of your life after doing this workout.

My time was 15 minutes and 23 seconds

So far I’ve had 3 others who has attempted the challenge.

2. Trey – 10:58
3. Benjamin – 9:52

Benjamin has set the STANDARDS HIGH‼️

It’s not about time though. It’s more about challenging yourself and pushing yourself.<<<<
